By Today during E3, tons of new info was revealed for Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon, including a new trailer introducing us to some brand new Pokémon!!
New Pokémon!
First is a Pokémon we’ve met before, Magearna! The Steel/Fairy type man-made Pokémon
Next is Pikipek, the Normal/Flying type of Alola!
Yungoos is the new early route Normal type
Finally we have Grubbin, a new Bug type!
New Battle Mode, the Battle Royal!
The Battle Royal takes four trainers and pits them all against each other. Every turn the trainers get ranked 1-4. The match ends when all of one trainer’s Pokémon have fainted, whichever trainer has the highest rank wins!
Some Extra Info!
Some new info was also revealed during the stream that GameFreak wasn’t quite ready to talk about yet, including the return of full trainer customization and a mysterious figure named Tapu Koko.
The games are shaping up to be pretty awesome looking! I can’t wait until they release and seeing all these new Pokémon has me even more hyped. We’ll bring you more info when it comes!
Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon will release on November 18, 2016 for the Nintendo 3DS and 2DS family of systems.
