Another double feature of Pokémon Generations!
Episode 5: The Legacy
The fifth episode centered around the rival from the Johto Region games, Silver. The is our first confirmation, outside of a limited event in HeartGold and SoulSilver, of Silver’s paternal parentage. As Looker is investigating Team Rocket, he stops Silver short of the Elite Four to ask on the whereabouts of his father. Silver doesn’t know but we do get a bit of backstory on his character. All in all, it was again nice to see the behind the scenes of another fan favorite character.
Episode 6: The Reawakening
The sixth episode is a story that has long been speculated on. It tells the origins of the legendary beasts, Entei, Raikou and Suicune. These three Pokémon were once a completely different, unknown Pokémon that tragically perished in the Brass Tower, before being revived by the Legendary Pokémon, Ho-oh. Fans have long speculated on what Pokémon they could have been (the popular theory being Flareon, Jolteon and Vaporeon) and now it seems that it actually was a Pokémon that hasn’t been seen before.
