By The Legion is coming and out of the dark come an unsuspecting ally. Are You Prepared?
A sneak peak of the upcoming World of Warcraft Expansion: Legion has been added to the game in the latest update. This past Tuesday the newest class was released for those who preordered The Legion Expansion; the Demon Hunter; This class can be played on Alliance as a night elf and on Horde as a blood elf. This class uses a pair of glaives as its weapons and it brings that feel of playing Illidan himself.
These characters were the followers of Illidan and finally they have been added to the game! The back story for the Demon Hunter class is extremely intense and it sets the bar for the entrance of the legion. This class comes with two very different talent trees; tank and DPS (Damage Per Second for those who are not savvy on MMO acronyms) specializations. These two different specializations play differently and it’s an interesting way how each work.
The DPS specialization is called Havoc and its abilities work of a new source called fury. The Havoc Demon Hunter works in the same way as a warrior, where auto attacks build fury to power other abilities.
The tank specialization is called Vengeance and it runs on a source called Pain. This specialization closely functions to that of a blood death knight in terms of survivability.
Both specializations are fun and interesting to play and it is about dang time they got incorporated in my opinion. If you have seen the commercials or previews for the new expansion and have been thinking about joining in or have been on a long hiatus, you won’t be disappointed. The lore this class brings to the World of Warcraft is incredible and adds so much to the series.
